Aegis Group Search Consultants, LLC is a retained
search firm specializing in the recruitment of executives and physician
executives for a wide array of sectors in healthcare.
Examples of the sectors we serve include Hospitals, Healthcare
Systems, Insurer and Managed Care Groups, Physician Organizations,
Healthcare Associations, Medical Schools and Pharmaceutical Companies.
Aegis Group was originally formed in 1991 as a retained
executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of Healthcare
Executives. In April of 2003 Aegis Group expanded,
by adding a partner and incorporating as Aegis
Group Search Consultants, LLC.
Prior
to establishing Aegis Group, the Founding
Partner, Tim Ignash, began his career as a healthcare
search consultant in 1980, thus bringing over twenty-
six years of search experience in health care.
Prior to joining Aegis Group Search Consultants, LLC, the Presiding Partner, John E. Green,
Jr., held healthcare system and hospital
administration roles for eight years.
We
remain privately owned, allowing us to focus our efforts on delivering
value to our clients rather than to shareholders.
We are a Minority Business Enterprise certified by the Michigan
Minority Business Development Council, the South Central Ohio Minority
Business Council, the Northern Ohio Minority Business Council, and the Chicago Minority
Business Development Council.
