Mr. Ignash is
Founder and Partner of Aegis Group Search
Consultants, LLC, a Michigan-based consulting firm
specializing in executive search services for
health care organizations.
Mr.
Ignash earned his undergraduate degree in Business
Administration at Lawrence Technological
University, Southfield, Michigan, and his Masters
in Business Administration at Wayne State
University, Detroit, Michigan.
Previously,
he worked for eleven years as Senior Associate at
Bernie Hoffmann Associates, Inc., Southfield,
Michigan, a full service human resource consulting
firm. Mr. Ignash directed the firm's recruitment
and outplacement services. His background also
includes seven years of management experience with
ambulatory care services at the Detroit Medical
Center and the Henry Ford Health System, both in
Detroit. Mr. Ignash started his healthcare
career in 1970 with the Henry Ford Health System's
financial services group.
Mr.
Ignash is a member in good standing of the
American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE),
the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA),
the American Society for Healthcare Human
Resources Administration (ASHHRA), the Michigan
Healthcare Executive Group & Associates (MHEGA),
and the Michigan Society for Healthcare Planning
& Marketing (MSHPM).
