Pam Mertz

Search Consultant

Pam earned her Bachelor of Science in Personnel Management/Labor Relations from Ferris State University and her Master of Science in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.

 

Prior to joining the Aegis Group as a Search Consultant in 1996, Pam was branch manager for a national consumer company.  She held regional responsibility for all employee recruitment and retention, screening and training, as well as developing and maintaining customer relationships.  Pam also has experience as a global cross culture trainer. She provided relocation and repatriation services to employees and their families moving from Europe to the United States.

 

Pam has experience in all areas of executive recruiting and has successfully placed executives, nurse executives, and physician executives in a wide range of healthcare leadership positions.
